Hotel coordination, transportation, accessibility planning. Make sure every delegate can get here and be comfortable.
Press relations, social media, documentation, and public narrative. Help tell these stories with care and power.
Corporate, foundation, and organizational partnerships. Build the financial coalition that sustains this work.
One lead organizer per participating state: GA, DE, MD, NC, NJ, NY, SC, VA, WV. You are the point person for your state's delegation, legislative outreach, and follow-through.
Contact ACLU affiliates, NAACP state conferences, Moms Demand Action, Parents Against Violence, faith networks, and other national organizations.
Identify 2027–28 bill sponsors in your state. Help develop model legislation modeled on HB 969, HB 865, and Joanna's Law.
